On the 10th, President Moon Jae-in announced a tough policy to crack down on domestic objections through overseas legitimacy based on the views that “Singapore succeeds North America” and “South Korea is the leading player in solving the Trump war crisis.”
President Moon revealed at a press conference after his 4th anniversary speech that "4 years ago relations with the US were a war crisis," which he had with the Trump administration. It collided with the part that was revealed.
In his speech, President Moon said, “The new administration of Biden in the US has also completed a review of North Korea policy. The result of close consultation with us,” he said. “We welcome the direction of the Biden administration's policy toward North Korea to pursue a flexible, gradual and practical approach through diplomacy on the basis of the Singapore Declaration with the basic goal of complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.” The Biden administration never mentioned'Singapore's succession to North America'.
US Secretary of State Blincoln said in an interview with the Financial Times just before the London G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting on the 5th, "We can work with China on Iran, North Korea and climate change issues. Currently, we are on the issue of China and Iran and the Iran Nuclear Agreement (JCPOA). He said, “There is no doubt that there will be discussions on North Korea and North Korea's nuclear program in the future,” he said, saying, “I am involved in the effort to return to compliance with North Korea.
President Moon said in an interview with the New York Times on April 16 that it would be a mistake to abolish the 2018 Singapore agreement between former President Trump and Chairman Kim, which set a broad goal for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. "I think the Biden government can reap its fruits if we make further progress on the basis of this."
President Moon then expressed his expectations for President Trump's “top-down diplomacy” and criticized the Democratic Biden administration for “returning to a bottom-up approach” against President Biden.

North Korea revised its foreign strategy for the abolition of Singapore, addressing the revised speech of Chairman Kim Jong-un of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly on April 12, 2019. He said, “We have tried hard to see,” he said. “In a situation where the United States is raising demands that contradict the fundamental interests of our country as conditions for any sanctions lifted, the confrontation between us and the United States is bound to have a long term anyway, and the sanctions of the hostile forces will continue. In response to US sanctions against North Korea, it officially formulated economic'self-rehabilitation' and security'request for withdrawal of hostile policies' and announced the exclusion of negotiations against South Korea. Former Secretary of State Pompeo, who directed North Korea policy in the Trump administration, was announced. Said in a speech at the CPAC on March 27 that President Trump's threat of'flame and anger' prevented the war with North Korea that the Democratic Party had nurtured.
Minister Pompeo said that Iran and other Middle East issues and North Korea policies were the achievements of the Trump administration and said to North Korea, "We threatened'flame and anger'. We threatened flames and anger to stop war without war. Said the achievements of the North Korean policy.
In his 4th anniversary speech, President Moon said, “To solidify the ROK-US alliance through the US-Korea summit scheduled in late May, and to more closely coordinate North Korea policy to restore dialogue between the South and North Korea, I will find a way,” he said. “In particular, it is never advisable to pour cold water on inter-Korean relations while violating inter-Korean agreements and current laws. It emphasizes that the government is compelled to enforce strict law,” he warned.
President Moon's speech on the day seems to be a reinforcement of the Reagan-style hard-line conservatism strategy that uses the Singapore-North Korea agreement, which excludes South Korea, as a domestic base, puts legitimacy in North Korea-US policy, and uses external relations as a means of domestic emphasis and offensive.
