The Biden administration monopolized access to North Korea in the G7, and South Korea tied it to NATO and Quad and applied it to contain China.
Shortly after the G7, the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) summit in a joint statement said, "We fully support North Korea's goal of complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization in accordance with UN Security Council-related resolutions." I urge North Korea to engage in negotiations with North Korea,” he said on the 14th, giving the United States full power to denuclearize North Korea.
In a joint statement adopted by US President Joe Biden and the leaders of 30 NATO member states at the summit in Brussels, Belgium on the same day, in particular, they urged each country "to fully implement the existing UN sanctions," making South Korea a country obligated to implement sanctions. .
U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blincoln said in a press release that he "urged cooperation" by referring to Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan during a NATO foreign ministers' meeting on the 1st.
A State Department press release released by the Voice of America (VOA) said that Secretary Blincoln encouraged NATO to "deepen cooperation with Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea", adding that "the United States' commitment to NATO and vitalizing the alliance "It underscored the priorities of the Biden administration," he said.
NATO Secretary-General Stoltenberg said: “We face many security challenges, and as no country or continent can cope alone, we must solve them together. We discussed security issues,” he said, and announced that a NATO defense ministers meeting was also held on the same day.
NATO Secretary-General met with President Biden at the White House on the 7th and held a press conference saying, "China does not share our values. China's threats to Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Taiwan show this." We need to work more closely with our Asia-Pacific partners, including those in the Asia-Pacific region.” He said that he linked the operation of NATO and South Korea's security cooperation system with Quad (Japan, Australia).

The joint declaration adopted by the British G7 on the 13th said, “We urge the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the verifiable and irreversible abandonment of North Korea’s illegal weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missile programs in accordance with all UN Security Council-related resolutions. "We call on all countries to fully implement the sanctions associated with these resolutions," he said.
Regarding negotiations with North Korea, the G7 Declaration said, "We welcome the United States' readiness to continue its diplomatic efforts in coordination with all relevant partners. We urge North Korea to engage and resume dialogue,” he said, adopting the US-led negotiations with North Korea.
The declaration continued, "We repeatedly demand that North Korea respect the human rights of all people and promptly resolve the abductee issue," and acknowledged the bilateral negotiations between Japan and North Korea by specifying a separate agenda for the abductees.

In the joint statement of the Korea-US summit, the United States chose 'denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula' and the NATO joint statement separated it into 'the US monopoly on the denuclearization of North Korea', showing South Korea's exclusion from the North Korean nuclear negotiations.
