The Republican support strategy was put to a halt in the November US midterm elections as the South Korea-US summit failed to restore South Korea's "intervention of the North Korean people" and access to North Korea was controlled by the three-way system.
Korean conglomerates announced that they would break away from the jurisdiction of the Korean government following US corporateization by investing in US capital in line with the summit's 'economic security system'.
President Yun Seok-yeol said, “If North Korea goes ahead with practical denuclearization, we will prepare a bold plan to dramatically improve the North Korean economy and the quality of life of its people in cooperation with the international community,” said President Yoon Seok-yeol. “The Iranian capitalist input strategy was excluded from the joint declaration, and the Biden administration’s ‘dialogue first’ was guaranteed.
Earlier, in the early stages of the North Korean coronavirus outbreak, President Yun announced that he would provide “covid-19 vaccines and other medicines to North Koreans” and carried out a strategy directly with “North Koreans”.
The joint statement between the two leaders was "The two leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to promote the provision of humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable North Koreans", stipulating to distance themselves from the North Korean regime.
The Trump administration’s strategy to break socialism applied to North Korea was a project to ensure a bright future for the North Korean people by driving dialogue pressure by increasing armaments.
The Moon Jae-in regime tried with the CIA to 'emphasize the second person' against Vice President Kim Yeo-jung from the beginning, and clashed with the Biden administration, demanding Trump's succession to the North Korea-US summit system. Diplomatic dialogue was compromised by reaffirming the belief in the establishment of peace.
The joint declaration at the time was “reaffirmed the common belief that diplomacy and dialogue based on existing agreements between the two Koreas and the United States, such as the 2018 Panmunjom Declaration and the Singapore Joint Statement, are essential to achieve complete denuclearization and the establishment of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula”, The Biden administration, which defined the North Korea-US summit as a failure, removed it from the agreement.
The South Korea-US summit in Seoul on the 21st provided a bridgehead to secure multilateral security in the Indo-Pacific, and defined the Korean Peninsula as a trilateral system of trilateral partnerships between the North Korean Workers' Party and the Japanese Liberal Democratic Party, ensuring an exchange system between the parties.
China and North Korea are expected to approach the economic cooperation system with a triangular structure of North Korea, China and Japan in response to pressure on the ROK-U.S. security and economic alliance.
North Korea, China, and Japan are traditional production-sharing countries that prefer a collective production system by means of a collection system and cooperatives, unlike South Korea's American-style individualistic mode of production.
In an interview with President Biden on the 22nd, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Eui-sun announced in English that it would invest an additional $5 billion in the United States to build robotics urban air mobility (UAM), autonomous driving software (SW) and artificial intelligence (AI) factories in English.
Hyundai Motor Group announced on the 21st (21st) an investment of $7 billion in the establishment of dedicated factories for electric vehicles and battery cells in Georgia, USA in line with the Korea-U.S. summit, and declared that it would break away from the Korean political system by commercialization of the United States.
Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong announced that it would add 20 trillion won (US$17 billion) of semiconductor foundry (consignment production) lines to its US plant in time for the Korea-US summit last year.
The four major chaebols in Korea, including SK, Hyundai, and LG, established a foothold for US commercialization with an investment of 40 trillion won in the US at the time, and became a leading role in this Korea-US summit.
In a joint statement between the two leaders, it became a “strategic economic and technological alliance,” specifying that “the two leaders will instruct the ROK-US National Security Office to launch an economic and security dialogue to coordinate the administrative and policy approaches between the two governments.” Chaebol corporations are outside the jurisdiction of the Korean government as political entities.
