Lee Jae-myung’s Seongnam campaign rally press conference microphone ‘Why are you here?’ Violation of election law

Representative Jae-myung Lee used a microphone at a campaign rally and held a press conference simultaneously, and the results of the party member's vote, 'Park Yong-jin's vote', were announced, showing a violation of election law.
On the 19th, Representative Lee personally announced the results of the Gangbuk Party member vote at a press conference, revealing the vote percentage in detail, and as supporters at the campaign rally cheered, he said, “Why are you coming? “Some people lost,” he said, showing a violation of the Public Official Election Act.
According to Article 59, Paragraph 4 of the Public Official Election Act, it is stipulated that loudspeakers cannot be used for election campaigning except during the election campaign period, and Representative Lee repeatedly used a microphone to announce the contents of the press conference at the campaign rally so that the audience could hear.
The Democratic Party Constitution stipulates in Article 89 that <③ When two or more candidates are selected, the recommendations are confirmed by the resolution of the Supreme Committee and the approval of the Party Affairs Committee after the resolution of the Supreme Committee on the candidates and primary election method and the primary election.> Representative Lee announced this, which means that he abused his position as 'Chairman of the Election Committee' and held a 'press conference as the party representative.'
Representative Lee told reporters at a campaign rally at Moran Ogeori Square in Seongnam City on the 19th, “I was briefed on the results of the Gangbuk election while driving, and without additions or deductions, the rights party members in the region voted for about 53%, and it is said that candidate Su-jin Cho won by a lot. “It is said that the results of the vote by North Korea Rights Party members were 53.76% for Candidate Jo Soo-jin and 46.25% for Candidate Park Yong-jin. Among National Rights Party members, candidate Park Yong-jin accounted for 23.15% and candidate Jo Soo-jin accounted for 76.86%. “Even without additions and subtractions, candidate Park Yong-jin had 30.08% and Candidate Su-jin Cho had 69.93%, and when additions and deductions were taken into account, it was said to be 19.4% to 80.6%,” he announced in detail about the results of the primary.
This representative's statement was made by exercising his right of representation in the three-member joint election committee, and it is a denial of the election committee due to the acquisition of exclusive information before the decision was made in a closed primary.

Representative Lee's press conference today, with passionate party members in the background, appears to be a declaration of a suppression system of '70% national party members and 30% local party members' if the system of '50% of the public and 50% of local party members' is challenged in the Park Young-jin incident.

Regarding this day's press conference, Kookmin Ilbo said, <Before the press conference, he asked reporters, "Aren't you curious about the results of the Gangbuk election?" and unusually mentioned the vote percentages of the two candidates in the primary.> Representative Lee continued with some remarks. When supporters cheered ‘wow’, he asked, “Why are you saying ‘wow’? “Some people lost,” he said with a smile.
At the Ulsan mayoral campaign rally on the 15th, Representative Lee responded to reporters' questions about candidate Yang Moon-seok's 'defective product' by saying, "Nice to meet you, everyone. Thank you for being with us for a long time. Ulsan citizens, please do not forget to act and stop the ruthless tyranny of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration." I replaced it with an answer.
In response to an additional final question from candidate Yang Moon-seok on the 17th, Representative Lee said, “I have said this countless times, so I will replace it with what I have said so far,” and added, “The standards must be the same. “The standards should be the same,” he told reporters.
The Democratic Party Constitution stipulates in Article 98 (Recommendation Elections) that <① Candidates for public office elections are recommended through primary elections> and <② Primary elections recommended for local constituency National Assembly members are public participation primary elections (including public opinion poll primary elections)>. Reflecting voting or survey results for voters who are not Rights Party members and Rights Party members> and <Results of votes or surveys for Rights Party members are 50/100 or less, and votes or survey results for voters who are not Rights Party members are 50/100 or more Reflection> was clearly defined.
Representative Lee approved the addition of '70% national party member rights' to 'regional rights party members' in the selection of local public office candidates at a press conference at a campaign rally, and the party rules were set to <composition and operation, selection of evaluation criteria, and implementation of evaluations> to the 'elected public official evaluation committee.' > was given as a regulation.
Democratic Party Rules No. 10 <Regulations on Recommendation of Candidates for Public Elections and Elected Public Officials Evaluation Committee> provides that <Article 3 (Obligation to Maintain Confidentiality) A person performing duties prescribed in these regulations shall not disclose secrets acquired in the course of his/her duties or disclose the party's security data and confidential information. It is stipulated that data should not be used for personal purposes or leaked to external organizations, etc., and Representative Lee is violating party regulations by publishing the 'private investigation results' obtained as a representative.
