At the UN General Assembly on the 20th, President Yoon Seok-yeol violated the UN Charter's 'prohibition of recommendations to member states' and the ban on mobilization outside of international organizations by 'advising member states to spread freedom'.

“When the freedom of any citizen or nation in the world is threatened, the international community must unite to protect that freedom,” said President Yoon. He recommended the spread of freedom to member countries.
The Charter of the United Nations states that “nothing in the Charter shall, by its very nature, authorize the United Nations to interfere in matters within the domestic jurisdiction of any State, or require Member States to leave such matters to a settlement under this Charter”. The principle of establishment is 'prohibition of recommendations to member countries' as specified in Article 7 of Chapter 1, Purpose.
Regarding the General Assembly, President Yoon said, “True freedom and peace can be realized through freedom from disease and hunger, freedom from illiteracy, and freedom from lack of energy and culture. The United Nations has a broader role in resolving these issues. It violates the Charter by defining the United Nations as a 'free evangelist'.
"Support for countries in need in the international community will make world freedom and peace sustainable," said President Yoon. He attempted to reorganize the international organization with the 'fund economy'.
Article 1 of the UN Charter specifically stipulates “collective measures to suppress the destruction of peace” and “realization of the principles of international law as a means of peace in international conflicts that destroy peace” in “Maintaining International Peace and Security”.
President Yoon appeared as the 10th speaker of the General Assembly, and contrary to the basic rights provisions of the Charter's 'according to the principle of sovereignty and equality of all member states,' "Today, the international community is facing problems with changing the status quo by force, weapons of mass destruction including nuclear weapons, and collective violations of human rights. Again, the world's civil liberties and peace are being threatened." He said, mobilizing the US-led attack on China and Russia to 'change the status quo by force' to separate the opposing camps from the UN member states.
President Yoon then internationally defined 'collective violations of human rights' and recommended the United States to other member states to continue raising the issue of China's Xinjiang and Tibet issues.
This day's speech to the United Nations attacked China's 'human rights specificity' applied by the United Nations with its supreme declaration, "Therefore, we will fulfill our responsibilities together with the United Nations for the protection and expansion of world civil liberties, and for peace and prosperity."
President Yoon made remarks about the member states under the title of 'Freedom and Solidarity: Searching for Solutions in a Transition Period', 'Freedom' 21 times, 'United Nations' 20 times, and 'International Society' 13 times.
On the other hand, the UN Charter, in its preface to the general introduction, reaffirms its belief in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal right of men and women and of nations large and small, and that respect for justice and obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law cannot be maintained. We are determined to establish the conditions that exist and promote social progress and the improvement of living standards in more freedom.
The UN Charter makes no other mention of 'freedom', "joins forces to live together in peace, maintain international peace and security," and in particular "prohibits the use of force except for the common interest, accepts principles and establishes methods." It is a 'prohibition of mobilization other than international institutions' as a resolution to use international institutions to ensure the use of international institutions to promote economic and social development of all citizens.
The UN Charter was limited to “the General Assembly to deliberate on general principles of cooperation in the maintenance of international peace and security, disarmament and disarmament regulation,” and “in relation to this principle, member states, the Security Council or the We can make recommendations for both.”
The power of the General Assembly prohibits direct recommendations to member states in Article 11(3) of the Charter, stating that “it may bring to the attention of the Security Council on matters of concern that may endanger international peace and security”.
At the general meeting, President Yoon said, "As a responsible member of the international community, we will fulfill our responsibilities and roles for the freedom of global citizens and the prosperity of the international community." The Health and Security Initiative (GHSA) Ministerial Meeting will be held in Seoul.” The President’s Office announced in a press release that the GHSA was “a strong international cooperation system led by the United States, in which more than 30 countries and international health-related organizations participate.” did.

As a result, South Korea opposed the 'spread of liberalism' at the UN and established diplomatic ties with the Soviet Union.

Unlike the UN's disarmament, President Yun follows the Moon Jae-in regime and following the US Republican Party's power-based peace policy, relying on peace by increasing arms and strengthening the capitalist system.

Newsis reported on the 21st that the Bank of Korea and the National Pension Service have entered into a currency swap agreement that ended during the currency crisis.

The currency swap contract is a method in which the National Pension Service provides won to the Bank of Korea and invests in dollars through foreign exchange reserves.

At the time of the foreign exchange crisis, the National Pension Service increased the foreign currency scale in response to an increase in overseas investment by raising the short-term fund limit and raising currency swap dollars, replacing the Bank of Korea's selling of its holdings of dollars in the market to defend the won.
