President Kim Eun-hye, chief public relations officer, excluded the opposition party from South Korea for remarks about “separation between Korea and the United States” and “monopoly of the national interest in traveling diplomacy.”

She went on to say that she had an opposition party attacking the United States.

In response to the president's abusive language, Chief Kim said on the 22nd, "Critiques of the president and state management are always accepted. However, distorting the president's diplomatic activities and falsely separating the alliance is an act of self-harm in the national interest." and 'self-harm of national interest' became the main subjects of the case.

Chief Kim's remarks at the press conference on that day were interpreted as 'the opposition party attacked the United States by distorting what should be criticized for the president'.
Chief Kim removed the opposition from the "Korea-U.S. alliance" and turned the opposition's criticism into "accusation of the US" by diverting the "national interest" to the monopoly of the administration.
When asked by reporters, 'Did you ask the president directly?', Kim said, "I'm the head of public relations at the President's Office. It's unreasonable to ask directly and leave such a procedure and tell such a story without verification work." As a result, the system of 'administrative dictatorship in the national interest' was confirmed.
Chief Kim continued, "Did the presidential office clearly judged 'fly if' between 'Biden' and 'fly if'? The opposition party was excluded from Korea.
To the question 'Does yesterday's remarks mean to our National Assembly?', Chief Kim said, "Yes," and said, 'The opposition party's alliance split.' When asked if this is our National Assembly, he said, "It's not the US Congress." Then he confirmed, "Yes, it's not the US Congress."
A treaty of alliances between nations comes into effect with the approval of the parliament, and in diplomacy that is temporarily enforced by the government, the national interest corresponds to a temporary future action entrusted to the government.
Through the confirmation of the president, Kim established an administrative monopoly system by excluding the opposition party and the people from the “national interest”.
At a press conference in New York, Chief Kim said, "I want you to listen to [voice] again now" and "If the National Assembly does not approve it, it is said to be 'flying'. There is no reason to do it.”
President Yoon's remarks shortly after the Korea-US summit in New York appear to have revealed a Republican bias in favor of the Republican Party becoming the majority in the November midterm elections.

Chief Kim's remarks at the press conference on that day were interpreted as 'the opposition party attacked the United States by distorting what should be criticized for the president'.
